Caring for Your Slate All Slate Products should be simply wiped clean with a damp cloth, and oiled lightly a couple of times a year to maintain the sltes natural grain and beauty.
Postage & Return Policy Postage is NOT included in the item prices, due to the nature of our product postage cost must be requested prior to ordering. All items will be posted via Australia Post once payment of invoice has been paid in full and presented in our account. Returns will not be accepted without the written consent of Slate Dining to do so. Slate Dining does not accept returns due to change of mind. ONLY if there is proven damage of the product due to shipping on receipt of product by the customer, this must be reported to Slate Dining immediately, ONLY then Slate Dining will in its discretion consider the request which must be made within 5 days of original delivery date. Any returns must be in brand new, unused condition, in the original undamaged packaging (with labels intact) and accompanied by a note stating your name, address, email address, contact telephone number, order number. No refund will be made on returns until Slate Dining has the returned goods back in their possession as stated. You will be notified in writing of the transaction in process.   Slate Dining will not refund or pay for the shipping of damaged goods back to the company.

Product Availability Product images displayed on the website may occasionally differ from the respective product names and descriptions, due to changes in packaging and/or availability.
Cancellation of Orders In the event Slate Dining receives in writing a cancellation notice of your order there will be a charge for handling being 10% of the order price. If the order has been despatched please refer to the Returns Policy.
